      Paris Uniform Company weekly statements don't show where payments we make are being deducted. I was also under the impression that i was under a 1 year contract. When I called to contest it, they informed me it was a 5 year contract. Since this phone call, we have had nothing but issues with the company. They put a charge on our bill for $1843.98 that was later removed when we contacted them. They asked me to return all of our clothes to be put back into the system and none of them were returned. They marked 2 of our employees as "Quit" when nobody told them anyone quit and these employees still work here. We make payments at least every month that are more than our monthly bill and the bill still always goes up every month. They send us nothing showing that our payments are being deducted. We tried to contact them today and each department blamed another department. They sent our call over to the regional manager and it reached voicemail and the call was ended before we could leave a message. We feel as though this business is either trying to retaliate against us for wanting to terminate (which we are not allowed) or they are very disorganized to point they're cancelling orders and making charges to our bill that are fraudulent. If we had automatic payments on with this company, we would have been charged well over $2000 this month. If possible we would like to terminate with this company (so called 5 year contract) to avoid future issues.
