  About to file a civil suit to collect the cost of replacing my ******. It was presented to them in March to be replaced or repaired by **** and I have been trying to find out what is going on with it this entire time. Insurance can’t get ahold of them. I was told to leave it in the drop box by the tech and they had been very familiar with my phone as it had been repaired 3 times prior. I want this made right and they don’t even have the respect to call or text me back.
  No call or text within the next week I file the suit against them. The end.

  ANDREW IS STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS PHONE WHILE YOUR DEVICE IS GETTING REPAIR HE STOLE COME COUPLE HUNDREDS OUT OF ACCOUNT AND A FRIEND

  Went in asking the best way to retrieve pictures from a old phone with a broken screen and before they even gave me a price they already had my phone apart by Andrew. We talked about replacing the screen but they said that would cost more than the phone was worth so they gave me a price for a data retrieval that would transfer the pictures to Google account and said this would take 2 days. Three weeks later after going in asking about my phone multiple times I walk in and they still didn't have the work done so the technician calls Andrew and after the technician gets off the phone with Andrew he takes another phone that wasn't mine and gives it to me and tells me it's locked. He said he could give me $10 back with a phone that wasn't mine or half of the money I paid him to retrieve the pictures with my phone with the broken screen and said thats what Andrew told him to do. Andrew never completed the job of retrieving the pictures as he said and wouldn't refund me the money that I paid for the work he said he would do.

  Andrew is very accommodating and goes above and beyond! I purchased a Fusion Screen Protector & bumper that was supposed to be in in less than a week's time. They continued to keep pushing back the shipping time and I had a new phone I wasn't using yet as I wanted it to be protected before using. Andrew was also waiting for the Fusion company to fix his machine so he could install my screen protector properly. When my screen protector and bumper arrived, his machine wasn't working yet, so he graciously put another screen protector on for me free of charge so that I could use my bumper and phone while waiting for the machine to be fixed so that he could install the Fusion screen protector I ordered properly. He went above and beyond! Great job communicating and AWESOME customer service. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone!
