    Derald J***** owns this company. He and his crew did not complete the job as specified. He continues to threaten me via text message about payment. Also, he complained about me to my neighbors on several occasions as he was doing the job. He stated the reason he couldn’t complete the job was due to the sidewalk being “dirty.” I fired him but paid in full as to avoid any further harassment from this man.

    The day of completion she sent communication via text asking what day the job would be completed . We advised her on May15th at 3:21 pm that we will ups be at her home me to strip the forms and she replied that’s good news but what is the plan for tomorrow, can we finish up? Our reply was yes 100%. When we arrived to finish our n May 16th , the sidewalk that we had just cleaned for sealing was completely covered with mud and dog foot prints all over it . We had told her that no traffic on the sidewalk for 24 hrs after completion. We then Sent her a message stating this again and she did not answer. We then finally heard from her again on May 27th 11days later. We set a time to clean it to allow us to seal and she replied she had concerns because she just had six installed and was worried about the. Chemicals. on June 4th 7:40 am. She texted and told us no need to strip and reseal and send a check in the mail for the balance today . Check never arrived we had told send her an over due invoice and she the paid the balance via a check sent by mail
