    I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process.
    1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns.
    I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch.
    2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age!
    This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle.
    3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics.
    4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair.
    5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely think they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.
    Additionally, I recently had rustproofing services on my car which is offered here. They pressure washed the undercarriage prior to application with ******* ******. The application was generous and made a huge difference in protecting the undercarriage from salt.

    I bought my car from there back in April, from the start, the transmission has been failing and the engine even blew on me. They fixed the engine but now they are refusing to replace my transmission because they do not want to replace it. I have all the documentation stating it does need a transmission but they still are saying it doesn't need one. The service manager even stated that he would replace it when the results came back as yes it needed a transmission. Now they are saying they will not replace it.
