      I bought the car back in August, this car is a ***** model *, they ordered it and I confirmed that the price was 35 including taxes. They said yes. I got the car 5 days later, let me leave with absolutely no paper in hand, no information on how much or when my payment was, who it was through. I had lights on and then I found out on my way home the bottom shield was broken and not fixed. Called to let them know that these problems had occurred 5 minutes after I left the lot. They assured me that my car came with a mobile charger, it in fact did not. And they are still fighting me on purchasing one for me or reimbursing me for the one I HAD to buy. I made an appointment to get my car fixed for the light and broken shield, 2 weeks later I waited in the lobby, after 2.5 hours. My light was still on and they claimed “they don’t know much about these cars”. Admitting they have no idea how to fix my car. One week later, I hear the same noise I heard when I bought it, I check to see and the sheild was never replaced. I gave them a call immediately, and then claimed “oh it’s on order” when in fact they told me everything was set the day I had my appointment. So after calling and texting employees about when my car was due and how much, I found out that the price was 4k over the agreed price and they extended the months to 84. This was never expressed or agreed upon. I would have never bought this car knowing that. I have had nothing but problems with them and I’m not happy.
