I have information that this auto garage has done “work” on my husbands car that was never actually finished that totaled over $2000 dollars. I know this because we had another mechanic view the car and none of the repairs they stated were done, were done. Additionally a few months ago my husband brought tires in to be placed on his car and he accidentally brought 2 of mine. He did not know this. They placed the two tires that were his on his car and told him the other two he brought were old and were unusable so they were not returning them. They were my brand new snow tires that had only been used for one winter. I need to be refunded for these services and I will be asking them for all transaction history so I can provide this to you.

    Business Response

    Date: 11/25/2024

This is in response to the case # ******** in reference to the complaint made by ***** ******** in regards to the work that was completed on her husband's 2013 ******* ******* on March, 28th 2024. Her husband's car was in the shop for a New York State Inspection and in order to pass DMV Regulations, it was necessary that the Front Brake Pads, Rotors, Front Left & Right Brake Calipers, Front Left & Right Outer Tie Rods, Alignment & both Windshield Wiper Blades to be replaced. Nevertheless, the Front Brake Pads & Rotors were covered under warranty. The vehicle was up on the lift when he was shown that these parts needed to be changed. However, after seeing how severe this was, he then gave an approval to complete the work to pass NYS guidelines. He was also shown that the brake lines needed to be replaced for safety. Furthermore, upon completion of the job he was then shown the old parts as they were removed from his vehicle. This is such an unfortunate situation, because every work that has been completed by our facility, we were Never Paid in Full. It's always months before we are completely paid off, whether it is the husbands or wife's vehicle. We have every invoice that can be provided to validate that all of these parts were changed to this vehicle. However, if our facility was such an issue, why did Sarah ******** bring her 2017 ********** on November, 4th 2024 for a NYS Inspection and for the Mount & Balance of 2 Tires. To base on the fact that she does not have the audacity to call the shop to recertify her claim that these parts were never changed is a complete Shame and Ungratefulness. We even provided her with the complete history of invoices pertaining to all the work that was completed by this facility. People like this need to realize that when hard times come you just don't blame the  innocent ones. We are very proud to say that we operated a very professional & honest business that we take pride in. However, for the shop that these individuals are now doing business with, I urge you to be very careful because we have done everything possible on our end.
