    John came to a home that I was in the process of purchasing…. He was on time, and had everything that he needed to do a complete inspection of said home…He allowed me to walk with him, and explained everything at every juncture of the inspection… I was amazed at how many items that he went into detail about, and how professional he was in doing so… If you need a true professional to inspect a home, John is the man to call !… I highly recommend him !

    John Vagliardo is the go to guy for your Ho9me Inspection. As a professional Real Estate Agent, John has done many of the home inspections for my clients. He reports on the home, period.     Mr. Vagliardo has done a home inspection for us in the past. We were impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. When I had a musty odor problem with a rental apartment we called Mr Vagliardo about looking for causes. After listening to my situation he advised us what to do to rid the house of the smell and it worked wonderfully. He was so generous of his time and expertise to help us and at no charge! We would highly recommend Mr Vagliardo for any home inspection service needs.

    We feel very fortunate to have had John inspect the home we were interested in. John's inspection was comprehensive and yielded a detailed report which highlighted the areas of most concern. There was also a lot of detailed information about the home as well which was helpful if considering maintenance/repairs down the road. In addition to the excellent report that John prepared, we were very impressed with the way John took the time to explain what he was doing while he proceeded through the home. This enabled us to better understand the information in the report because we had gone over it already during the inspection. We highly recommend John for performing a home inspection as he is personable, knowledgeable, and interested in helping potential buyers understand the home they are considering.
