      TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ONLY MONEY HUNGRY!! LAZY AS WELL DOES NOT DIAGNOSIS VECHILES PROPERLY AND WILL CHANGE THE STORY OF WHAT IS WRONG WITHOUT EVEN TAKEN THE VEHICLE APART TO KNOW!! SERVICE MANAGER NO BETTER ALWAYS FUMBLING WORDS, NOT DOING THE WORK, LYING ABOUT IS DONE AND THEN DISSAPEARED AND DIDNT HEAR FROM HIM AT ALL! I HAD TO GET MY LAWYER INVOLED WAS A NIGHTMARE OF AN EXPERIENCE AND NOW THEY WONT REIMBURSE ME FOR THE EXPENSES THEY HAD ME PAY FOR THAT I DID GET TOLD IT WOULD BE COVERED AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN IT IS NOT. RIDCULIOUS PLACE, A JOKE. NEVER GET SERVICED THERE YOU WONT GET IT DONE PROPERLY. IF THERE WAS MORE CHARACTERS TO THIS REVIEW I COULD WRITE A BOOK ABOUT WHAT THIS DEALERSHIP PUT ME THROUGH. -100 STARS NEVER RECOMMEND

      Service department is terrible! My cars been at this ford now going onto 2 months with getting a run around on answers! I broke down from what points to a recall 4 hours away from home! It started with a recall from ford (as ive been told by them) then all of a sudden jumped to oh no you need a new engine. They did not comply with the warranty to do a full tear down of the engine (spoke with corporate and they said this is not accurate and they should be doing the full tear down) they refused to give the reasoning of why my engine failed to the warranty as well because it is the recall theyre refusing to do! They also said corporate denied the recall but when i called corporate they said they never received any request. Service department is lying and giving me a run around for 2 months!! I also gotten told it was a recall then was $5000 in damages and now it's $7200 for repairs! Service department doesnt know what is happening and just making things up! Ridiculous and completely unprofessional! Worst Ford dealership i have ever dealt with! I received the estimate of repairs and the description says "customer states engine replacement" HOW WOULD I KNOW! I never once said engine replace i questioned why it jumped to an engine replacement from a recall! Ford has told me a different story every time ive spoke to them over the past few weeks! Insanely unprofessional and lack of information and communication!

      Terrible company. Purchased a new 2022 F150. Issues from day 1 with safety features claim nothing wrong or has been fixed still having same issues. Bought a second car from them had issues with air conditioning service department insisted nothing wrong again they lied ended up having to return that car for a refund. The service manager is a liar and to this day issues on truck have still not been resolved. i wish I could have left a 0 star review

      recieved car new, started being sent many recalls, from them, this resulted in from broken seats to bad handling even dash damage. bad pity
