    Had to call several times to get response. They apologized and then they never showed up to appointment. Called 20 minutes past appointment time to see if they were running late and they never returned call.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Originally, when you called you did not leave a message for us to call back.
    We left a message for you on Thursday, 5/15 at 3:46pm stating that unfortunately we would have to cancel the estimate for Friday, 5/16 at 2pm. We are no longer servicing this area and, in our message, we wished you good luck in your search. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and can understand your frustration. Please note that we did reach out and leave a message - we apologize that you did not receive it.
    Additionally, we would recommend reaching out to the Code Enforcement Department of the City of Rochester to see if a portion of your fence would be the city’s responsibility as previously stated via phone call.
