    I have never had a problem with this company. They're hundreds of dollars cheaper than the main competitor and I paid up front for a year, which they gave me an even better rate on. They have always arrive on the day they're scheduled to, with the standard exception of weeks with holidays. When it's a holiday week, I get an automated call days ahead of time to inform me that pick up will be delayed by one day due to the holiday (This is standard practice for any garbage pickup company i've ever done business with)
    They provide a full garbage tote which is picked up weekly, and a full sized no sort recycle bin that's picked up bi-weekly. They also accept 3 full garbage bags ALONG with the garbage tote. There is a weight limit on the bags, and I am unsure of the exact weight, but I've never reached the limit and I doubt anyone who is filling their bags with appropriate items will reach that limit.
    My neighbor has the main competitor, and pays for three months of pick up at the same rate that I paid for an entire year. The only reason he stays with the main competitor is because, despite their own policies, they will occasionally take items they state they won't (such as a couch)
    All said and done, I highly recommend Lilac over the main competition.
    Additionally, I was referred to check out Lilac when I moved to Lilac's serviceable area by multiple people, who highly recommended and urged me to select them. I still shopped rate and was very happy with their offer and continue to be very happy with their service.
