    Recommendation for Future Residents Considering Regency Court Apartments in Orchard Park, NY:
    I am writing to share my personal experience so others can make an informed decision before choosing to live at Regency Court Apartments.
    As a disabled mother raising a special needs child, I made every effort to comply with community expectations and address concerns responsibly, including working directly with my son’s professional care team. Despite my efforts, management denied my reasonable accommodation request and openly solicited tenant opinions about whether I should be allowed to stay — a practice I believe is highly inappropriate, especially when disability rights are involved.
    Although I corrected any issues that were brought to my attention immediately and did everything I could to cooperate, I was ultimately issued a non-renewal notice and forced to move before meaningful solutions could take effect.
    If you are considering moving into this property — especially if you have children, special needs, or require any form of reasonable accommodation — I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about how management handles such situations.
