    Great product and friendly, helpful design team. We ordered our cabinets in early 2022, and there were some minor delays in the final delivery, but we were warned that may be the case due to supply issues etc. The quality of the product more than made up for the delays we encountered. I would highly recommend.

    Based off of ********* pictures and a contractor friend who has worked with Amish Kitchen Gallery before we decided to use them for a total kitchen renovation. We gave them a 50% deposit for custom cabinets that were supposed to be done in late May/ early June. To date nothing has been started for the project and we asked for a refund two weeks ago which we have yet to get back. Ryan is very slow to respond and doesnt hold his business accountable to deliver for clients.

    We are disheartened to hear of this client’s complaints. We had taken this job in hopes of working with an out-of-state project to provide cabinetry primarily for the kitchen but with hopes of providing cabinetry for the entirety of their home based upon the client's need. Based upon this client's financial commitment to us to purchase their cabinets through us, we traveled out of state to measure the space to ensure a proper fit and layout. We worked through hours of design time in detailing all aspects of the space in addition to supplying designs for other rooms that were quickly dismissed after having invested the time into their design. We met via zoom on multiple occasions to make the changes the client wanted to see throughout the process. We made a custom paint match sample for the client (which they did not receive as they canceled with us prior to being able to mail it out to them). We informed the clients that we would not be able to go to build until their appliances were determined or signed off on for sizing due to concerns that the cabinetry would not fit certain appliances otherwise. They selected all of their appliances a few weeks later and as such the sizing did alter what the cabinetry makeup around the fridge would be. Had we made the cabinets prior to obtaining that information in the timeframe they wanted, the appliances would not have been able to fit and there would have been costly remakes needed. We alerted the client of the forecasted delays and provided them the opportunity to not proceed with us as the timeframe was longer than they had anticipated. The hang up in communication comes from advocating for some of the expenses in design to be compensated on their end through their deposit (as we had provided our services and design to them). The client refused owing us any amount of money despite our efforts. While Ryan was away on a business trip without reception, the client made a demand of the full amount being reimbursed to her within a timeframe of three days, otherwise she would turn to the BBB to file a complaint and threatened legal matters. As soon as Ryan returned to reception, he had reimbursed the client her entirety of her deposit despite the costs her project had incurred in a final attempt to make amends to the client. He reimbursed her entire deposit amount on August 8th. The same day a member of our staff called to confirm she had received the deposit, she did not pick up the call, so a voicemail was left on her phone. Another call was made in an attempt to reach out to her to ensure she received it to which she did not respond or answer.
