I was interested in buying some door panels for my truck, so I had message this guy on ********* that was selling truck parts, his insta handle is *******************. He provided me with pictures of the parts and answered any questions about the product he was selling. I asked him how much and **** ****** told me $220 for 2 panels which we mutually agreed on. He then asked for my information so that he can ship my items, I sent the $220 that he asked for. He told me I was going to get my items Monday September 23rd of 2024. He sent me a tracking number of ************ from his shipping agency called Merlin Cargo Logistics. When my order didn't come Monday i looked at my tracking number to look at any updates, turns out that my items weren't shipped out because apparently i had to pay an additional shipping fee. I reached out to **** ****** which is the owner of the ******************* and he told me to send an extra $190 to get my products insured. **** ****** had promised me that the shipping fee was refundable once i got my package. **** told me my package would get to me Wednesday the 25th of September. By Wednesday i still didn't receive anything so i reach out to **** in which we were able to communicate by phone, he told me that Merlin Cargo logistics wanted an extra $280 to send out my package, i told **** that i didn't want the door panels anymore due to all the complications of the shipping and all the additional fees that weren't mentioned to me ahead of time. I also told him that i wanted my $410 money back just like he had told me it was refundable, **** got upset and ended the call, i later found out that he had block my number, email, *********, and messages. I reach out to his agencies of Merlin Cargo Logistics at ************* and ************* and when i explained the situation they told me i was overreacting. **** ****** had also blocked people on his ********* ******************* and ****** ****************** since he's been scamming others.
