    He did not properly do the work I hired him for. Unfortunately i had already paid him when I noticed he did not secure the vents to prevent animals from getting under the three season room. He cut down 1/2 my rhododendron tree so they didn’t have to walk around the landscaping. I called him to secure the foundation properly. He dug into the dirt and stuffed a camper screen in there. Obviously that didn’t keep the animals out. Duh. I have been calling Brian Sullivan for weeks and he does not answer or return my calls.
