    Bought a 2023 ***** *** carbon edition and the vehicle was not washed correctly. Came to me scratched on the shifter trim - near the fuse box cover and scratch on the hood

    Unless your vehicle is on fire or displays a blatant, illustrated malfunction, don’t waste your time with this service center. Their troubleshooting skills are limited to connecting the vehicle to their computerized diagnostic tool to assess error codes and/or if you’re lucky do a test drive around the corner to pacify customers. Typically they report with the statement that “the vehicle is performing as expected.” When all else fails and if you unfortunately present as a dupe to them, they’ll recommend you correct/monitor your driving skills or their best advice….TRADE IT IN!!!
