    *****, at corvettes of westchester has had my car ( 2010 camaro ss ) for about 9 months now. My transmission went out and he calms there was an issue getting parts for him to rebuild it. Well all the parts came in the week of Thanksgiving. We'll he also calms that he got it put back together and the wheels wouldn't move and he has to take it all back apart and find out what's wrong. Well that was 2 weeks ago. And he never answers my calls or text. But I can call him from somebody's else's phone and he will answer. He's also blocked me from ******** too. Because I was asking him about my car. He took that post off and blocked me. I've paid him **** dollars already and I don't have any proof that I did. He was suppose to cost me ****. But I've called several times a week and text and no response. I managed to catch him at his shop about 3 weeks ago. But every time I go by there he's never there . I left a letter on his door Saturday. Which that's my second one stating basically that he's had my car for almost a year and if my car wasn't don't by the end of this coming week. I was gonna have it towed somewhere else. I know I've messed up by paying him and not having a receipt and I also paid with cash. I'm just afraid that I've lost that **** bucks and car still isn't fixed. And he also is moving to *******. I'm afraid he'll move and my car won't be fixed and it will still be in his shop. My car is locked outside behind a gate now. I need help and my car please. My name is *************************** cell #************ Thank You

    Took my truck to Corvettes of Westchester and got scammed by ************************* (owner). He did a tune on my truck and he completely ruined it. Would stop running and shut off at every stop sign or traffic light. Transmission would also not shift into any gears unless I let off on the gas pedal. It was undrivable. When I called ************************* to fix it he was very defensive on the phone and wanted nothing to do with it. I have since had another company fix all his mistakes and would like to get some money if not all back from him. Which was $1,000 dollars for very very poor work.

    I had sent multiple deposits to get work done on my car in the amount of $*****! After I had sent the money for parts I had attempted to contact him for a date to fix the car and never received an answer, even got told to leave him the ***** alone and plenty of other names because I kept calling and bothering him! I just wanted to get a date and the car fix he was really nice Ive known him awhile and always wanted me to send the money as fast as possible from western union so I even paid extra! Have all receipts and record and conversation where he said extremely explicit language! I just want to go somewhere else and get my money back! I was never sent any receipts for any parts and dont want any from him because I dont think he ever bought any! I need help to resolve this please! Now after he called me all the nasty words I just want my money back I have all western union , PayPal, and check images in total he received $*****.00 I spent more to send the money so he could get it that day! *** felt with him for 5 years and he never acted like this until I sent the deposit now I never hear from him and he never answers! If he does call he just says hes to busy but I see other new jobs being done Ive been waiting for a year and there is no date to fix it I dont even want it to be done there anymore due to the way I was treated! Yes I called allot! $ ***** is allot for me and I was told it would be done this summer but he never had time! I dont want him to do the work anymore because of the fact he said what he said and never contacts me at all I feel robbed!!!!!
