      Service Department is horrible. Changed me a diagnostic fee that wasn't performed. Vehicle was still parked where *** put it on 2/20/2025.

      The ***** service center customer service was unbelievably bad. I stopped to inquire about a truck I was about to buy that was serviced by them and was picked up within the last month. They did not sell this vehicle I was purchasing it from a private party. There was an employee that was new and he was helpful, genuinely concerned with my inquiry. He was not familiar with the computer system so he had me talk with a long term service associate. I asked him questions about the vehicles service history and he started trying to help answer a few basic questions regarding possible warranty that was transferable and he looked as if he was reviewing the service details on the truck and did not provide me with an answer. He did confirm they did work on the vehicle, as I stood there waiting for an answer to any warranty carryover he had to take a call about someone’s warranty work. I waited at least 10 minutes before trying to ask him again about any warranty and he looked up and said he didn’t know I needed help. He had a dumbfounded look on his face and said he didn’t know I needed help. I was blatantly ignored. Another employee tried to help and he confirmed there was no warranty for the work they did and they would not work on this particular truck anymore, stating they don’t work on vehicles that old, it is a 2014 *** ****. I inquired that they don’t work on 10 year old vehicles and I said so my 10 year old **** that they service can’t be worked on anymore and he said he’s not saying that, they just won’t work on that vehicle. He did say I could always bring my vehicles elsewhere and customer’s private information could not be provided.
      The bottom line is I did not appreciate being ignored by the other person; especially when he acted like he didn’t know I was there.

      They are money grubbers. Won't fix even the cheapest things to keep a good reputation. I for one will never do business there again.

      YOUR COMPANY SCREWED MY DAUGHTER AND HER FAMILY AFTER I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU TO THEM!!! YOU HAVE HER VEHICLE FOR THE SECOND TIME EACH OVER 6 MONTHS SO CALLED REPAIRING IT KNOWING FULL WELL YOU WERE AT FAULT PUTTING MY GRANDCHILDREN IN DANGER AND YOU BEING SPITEFUL IGNORING HER NEEDS TO GET HER VEHICLE FIXED AND BACK TO HER!!!! YOU ARE CROOKS AND FRAUDS AND IS THE REASON MY SON AND I WENT ELSEWHERE FOR OUR NEW VEHICLES. KARMA WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU ALL!!!

      First vehicle I purchased here they sent my registration and title to an address that wasn’t mine and I had to pay to receive new copies of these items. Second vehicle, I bought giving them the benefit of the doubt that accidents happen. They ran my credit after I came with a loan from my bank and repeatedly told them I would not give authorization for them to do so. They tried to trick me into signing a credit application 3 times even saying I had to sign them to purchase the vehicle. I then had to fight with them to repair the faulty brakes and rotors that I made them aware of before purchasing. I would recommend people stay as far as possible from this dealership. They do not sell sound and safe vehicles or care about their customers.
