    Here is a copy of email sent on 12 July 2022. There has been no response to this email, multiple phone calls or text messaging.  Last week, my husband canceled our contract with you. This was because after repeated attempts to get service to start with you, you never picked up our trash. Our ID # is ************. Since we paid for the full three months of service with effective start date of 7/1/22 and never received any service, please refund our fee.

    Date: Thu Feb 3,2022 RPM Disposal said they wouldn't be picking up my recycling anymore and said would refund me. I have many copies of conversation with the person who runs the company. They sent me a money order in the amount of $90.72 that was made out to Kristy S******* not Kristy B***** and I could not cash it. He asked it be sent back which was done the next day and I never got a replacement refund...no refund of any kind for the years payment.
