      I purchased my vehicle from them on September 25th, 2024. I started having issues with it starting when it got colder, it is a push to start. I had it towed there once for them to see what was wrong with it, they said nothing was wrong and I got it back. The next morning it would not start again and I had it towed back to them to see what was wrong with it. They were just suppose to check and see before doing any repairs. They called me to tell me it was ready for pick up and told me how much the bill was because they replaced the battery, I never once approved it nor heard anything from them prior to them telling me it was ready. So they are telling me I have to pay for a battery that I did not approve or have the acknowledge of them doing and I don’t feel it is right for me to pay for something I had no clue about

      After doing the research, the vehicle came in as the customer described and they wanted us to resolve the problem. apparently, the new battery didn’t solve the problem so that was the fix. If the customer is not happy with the repair decision, then we will resolve this by having her return the battery to us and if we have her old battery, we will put it back in the car if we don’t have an old battery to put back in the car She can go buy her own battery and install it herself since obviously that’s the fix. In summary return the vehicle with a new battery will take the battery out and she can go from there however she wants to proceed.
