    We have used Johnson's to purchase our hot tub and pool. They have also serviced our pool for a number of years. The cost has been high but service was always good...until now. Our hot tub was leaking so we called for service. It took 2-3 weeks to come out and diagnose it, another 2 weeks to order part and get another service call in. in the meantime, I reached out to see how long the service would take. It was noted (in writing) that it would take 1-2 hours at $99/hour. On the day of the second service call they were there from 8:50-3:00 and still had not completed the repair. The technician was very nice however this company was not prepared at all. He was there 1.5 hours before calling to tell me that we needed the hot tub drained and that he had to wait for the pump to be dropped off at our house because someone took it out of his truck. For the record, we were never told it needed to be drained or we would have done it prior to their visit. After 6 hours, we were called to tell us that they removed the part but that another person was needed to install the new part (and the company sent the second person to another call). When we called the company to re-schedule, they told us it would be another 1-2 weeks because they had to order another part. The lack of communication, poor planning, and cost associated with this service call has proved that we will not be using Johnson's for any other services.
