    I bring a mower in for repair told him I wanted to spend about $200 $275 at the most he called me told me it was all fixed and it was $850. Total rip off

    Mr. ******* called for his total after I had left a message that his **** ***** L108 was complete and ready for pickup. When I told him he was very shocked and that he could only afford $200.00. I told him I could email him a copy of his invoice for him to look over.I looked at the notes that were made when he brought his machine in, and it stated that the deck was to be repaired. Our initial invoice did include a new battery, and a front tire had been repaired with a new tube. Therefore, I removed these items off the invoice and resent the invoice. Mr. ******* was still unhappy stating that he only authorized $200.00.I asked the owner who spoke with Mr. ******* initially and he was unaware of any $200.00 limit and if he was told he would have told him it was not possible to make the necessary repairs.I asked Mr. ******* if he had looked at our posting of our hourly rates, no response was given.I was waiting for Mr. ******* to come to pick up his machine so we could talk again on the matter.

    ****** ******* *It's not about what I can afford. I told him I did not want to spend more than about 200$ on this lawn mower. When he said I needed a battery I said okay I'll go another 75 bucks but that's it. Nobody called me and said it's going to be crazy $850 I would have definitely said no way.

    Mr. ******* is unwilling to come in and discuss anything. He never gives any answers to any of my questions. I will wait until he is ready to speak in person and come to a compromise.
