We rented an RV (***** ********), that broke down before our rental period (15th Oct 2023 - 6th Nov 2023) . The owner Vlaydyslav Svyrydenko offered us an alternative RV (******** *****), which we said we would consider. Without our accept, he changed our old invoice so it mathced the new one and sent us a contract of ******** ***** we could sign. When we told him that we did not want the alternative RV (******** *****), but wanted a full refund for ***** ******** instead, he said that he could only transfer half of the money back according to the contact. The following day he sent a signed contract for ******** ***** with ******* full name on it, that we did not sign ourselves.

We wrote that according to the contract of ***** ******** that we did sign, we should have a full refund of our money in case the RV broke down before the rental period. He said he would discuss the matters with his business partner.

We tried to reach him several times by phone and e-mail without luck and we wrote him that we would start a process with the police and our bank. Then he wrote that he would do a full refund of our money minus credit card processing fees. We did receive the majority of the money except from app. 135 dollars. Our bank says that there should be no processing fees on his side (**** transfer). We wrote him again and asked for the last money and he refuses to transfer them with this explanation: "as I stated in my previous email there is 3% surcharge that our bank charges on any incoming transaction and unfortunately it is not reversible or refundable. When we process a refund we don't have an option to refund that amount in any way."

So this is what we would like your help with getting back. AND we would also like to have our experience saved in your system in case others get in the same stressfull situation. Specifically we find it wrong that he 1) Tried to keep our money, 2) Didn't refund the full amount (breach of contract) 3) Signed a contract on our behalf
