    I contracted with frogger wildlife consultants on 5/28/2025.
    Price quoted was for setting traps and identifying and sealing point of entry.
    Traps were to be checked, emptied, and reset every other day.
    Traps were set on 5/28 and emptied and reset on Friday 5/30.
    Business owner has not returned since 5/30 and there are dead animals still in the traps today (6/02). Traps were not checked or reset on 6/01 as promised.
    I contacted business owner this morning to advise of dead animals still in traps and he indicated he would require another $961.20 to trap for an additional week or he would seal up the attic with animals still in the attic.
    Business owner did not provide checking and resetting of traps as contracted. Business is in breach of contract and I request a full refund.

    Traps used in this case are snap traps like those used for mice and rats that don’t need daily monitoring like live cages. Upon setting up and explaining it to our customers we explain they are set at the start of the weekly program, checked/emptied/reset midweek, and again at the end of the week. We don’t come every day, or every other day. It is 1 stop mid week to address captures. Which was done. She claims she reached out and said traps were full. She did not. I have no communication/text from her saying any such thing. One text simply says a trap was moved. That was it. Maybe she meant to send a text, but she never communicated that traps were full. If she had, maybe we could have worked something out. Regardless of her misunderstanding, we offered and gave a half price refund and she seemed happy with that when offered it (which she left out of the complaint). I also offered her additional free trapping and sealup of holes, which she declined and left out of the complaint. Now she wants a full refund. I took extra steps to make things right in her eyes. Furthermore, you can see by looking at the contract photo she willingly posted for us that there are no terms written in there for us to be there every day or every other day.
