      The ***** **** * ****** has been publishing "**** ** *****" for more than 30 years. We are a small business located in Chico, CA. Kaizen Direct Media, specifically Jeff R***** -- ******************************* -- has been contacting local Chico businesses saying that he is from **** ** ***** and trying to confuse them into spending money with his company. I have sent them an email asking them to refrain from doing this.

      We would like Kaizen Direct Media to stop trying to confuse Chico businesses by pretending that they are emailing from "**** ** *****" and at a minimum to add a line to their emails that they are not to be confused with the ***** **** * ******'s Best of.

      The website they reference in their emails to businesses does not appear to be functional, so I'm not sure how legit this company is? *************************  Here's the email they are sending out (I deleted the list of "you will get" items due to char count):

      3/31/23 I responded to an email from The Best Businesses aka Webniche Marketing LLC aka Kaizen Direct Media and paid $99.00 to post our company on their Best of Listing and other marketing promises. To this date we are still not listed and have not received any services or any attempt from company to move forward with services. They do not answer phone calls at 1-888-443-6450, do not return calls or emails from [email protected] or from the sales person Jeff Rogers ****************************m.
