    This is not about money, but ethics regarding customer service. Upselling and remarks that appear on by service bill. I was advised to have fuel injectors cleaned for $220 after 30K miles. Not a GM scheduled service at any mileage and now appears on the bottom of all service receipts ' customer refused fuel injector cleaning'. Had to vehicle in for recall on Turbo, and I was notified of lower steering control arm being worn-cost $774. Replaced under extended warranty with note on service bill 'customer complained of front end vibration'. Untrue, experienced no front end steering problems. Are they even ripping-off the insurance company! Just got a service reminder in the mail, recommend wiper blade replacement, and noted that customer declined 'service electrical'. What electrical service? When? I have traded in 2 cars, only to be advertised as 'non-smoking'. Please avoid getting car serviced at Vision Buick/GMC. And if you are considering buying used or new, go someplace else. This was a great dealership when it was ********.

    Incompetence, the communication to myself and between their team is unacceptable. They have cost unnecessary time and money purchasing a vehicle. I put a deposit down earlier, and was on my 2 1/2 hour drive there three days later and they called me and said vehicle isn't available. They needed to do extensive recall work. Three days later drove again to pick up a different vehicle. After they tried to have me sign false documents in the finance department, they lost the second set of key fobs. Asked me twice if I could check my pockets. I had to call two days later after no response, and Jake said they found it and would send it out. I waited over a week with no reply from them. I called and Jake said he mailed it out a couple days ago. I waited over a week again and still have not received the key fob. Now when I call or text Jake, Phil or Thomas, I do not get a reply. I have left numerous texts and voicemails with no response. It has been 17 days and I finally called GMC complaint department. We will see where this goes. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND ANY THEY OWN AT ALL COSTS

    I went to have my vehicle serviced however they tried to sell me another vehicle. So i went with it they told me after taxes and fees my price would be around $23,000 which i was fine with since i told them i was on a budget from the beginning. I added a warranty which was an extra $62.00 a month still no problem. Next thing you know the vehicle is now $31,000 and some change. Then i find out after the fact that they ran my credit through multiple banks without consulting me. I told them i wanted to go through my bank. I received 6 letters from 6 different banks that they went through they never told me the interest rates were 9.2% they never went over the contract and never consulted me after they went through my bank therefore causing my credit score to drop tremendously. I have called to see if something can be done but i was told they should have went over the paper work with me and that after a year i should refinance the vehicle. Which is even worse. Im so disappointed in this company. The lack of consideration and communication just so they could sell you something is ridiculous. I told them i was on a budget but apparently all they cared about was making a sale
