    In July 11, 2024 I was told it cost $300 to it MD auto for a courtesy inspection free of charge no storage fees . They then tried to charge me $40 extra for towing they then reversed the $40 extra charge this was the first red flag . They told they are backed up and it will take some time for them to do the free inspection December ******* a Free detail diagnostic to determine the amount of money would be needed to repair my ************************* Auto repairs tried to buy it from me for $5000 . I refused and told them I am not interested then they told me it would cost $14,110 to fix it . This was when I told them not to make any repairs. I told them I will not make a decision as yet and I dont want them to do any repairs to my vehicle.,Then on January ******* I received a lien for $123.32 for unauthorized repairs and storage $15479.05 for storage that I never made aware of period . This company is committing fruad . And made false statements. And in violation of section 392 of the vehicles and traffic law and section ****** of the penal law

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by MD Auto Repair & Towing regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    MD auto demanded I pay $350 to have the fake lien removed.  I paid to $350 under threat they would illegal take me van and auction it . But it turns out it was scam they DID NOT file legitimate notorized lein . The *** and the county court confirmed they was no lien field with DMV or County . MD just printed the *** form but did not file it and yet the demanded $350 to remove the lien with DMV.   They worked on my van without my authorization and provided a fake lien in order to scam me first of $15,000 dollars when that didnt worked they demanded $800  for labor and lien fees of $425 plus $350 labor cost .

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by MD Auto Repair & Towing regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I am doing my due diligence and investigation into the matter of fraud and attempted theft of my Van. MD auto put a fake lien via a fake invoice for unauthorized work and nonexistent storage fees . It is my understanding that I may or not be the only victim and it is my responsibility to see to it that no one else is affected.
