      The entire team at bio recovery are some of the most professional, trustworthy, and hardworking people ever. They answered my call right away and guided me through the process and the entire clean up took place within 24 hrs. I'm so happy we decided to give them a call. Absolutely amazing company and fantastic customer service I can't recommend them enough

      Had to say what a wonderful experience I had with Bio recovery. Not only were they incredibly kind over the phone but they took the time to explain their process and answer all of my questions. The team who showed up to do the job were also very professional and nice and they were completely finished much faster than I expected. I truly feel they valued me as a customer and wanted to be sure my family and I could safely return back into our home. I'm very happy I decided to give them a call and will absolutely be recommending them.

      Called them with hazardous human waste removal. While remodeling we found an old up flush system behind a wall been there approximately 20+ years I guess an we needed hazmat removal. They do that it says on their site wrong,I called an talked to ******** who said after some confusion on my part they could help but she would need to talk to someone first an they would call back this was April ***** after I sent them photos . By **** no call I called them an left message twice still no call back it's now 5-4 an if you can't or won't or don't want to do a job say so don't leave people hang that's not good business ethics nor does it show reliability or responsibility How sad
