    Extremely ************************************************ and Unreliable Delivery I placed an order for six dining room chairs on December 8th, 2024, with the understanding that they would be delivered in February. However, the delivery date was delayed multiple timesfirst to April, then to May, and most recently, I was informed that the chairs would not arrive until June. This marks a delay of over six months, which is far beyond what I would have reasonably expected when I placed the order.Throughout this entire process, the customer service provided by the salesperson, *****, was highly unsatisfactory. Not only did he fail to offer any apology for the repeated delays, but he also refused to issue a refund for my deposit or allow me to select an alternative set of chairs. When I expressed my frustration, explaining that I had been without dining chairs for an extended period and would never have agreed to such a lengthy wait in December, he attributed the delay to production issues without offering any further solutions or accountability.I requested to speak with the owner to address my concerns, but I was informed that the owner does not take calls and primarily works in the warehouse. After pressing the issue, I was then told the owner had just returned from the hospital, which felt like an additional excuse rather than a reasonable explanation.Overall, my experience with this business has been extremely disappointing. The lack of clear communication, the failure to provide timely delivery, and the absence of any proactive customer service have made this an incredibly frustrating transaction. I would strongly recommend exploring other options for furniture, as this company has shown little regard for customer satisfaction or professionalism.

    I have had a terrible experience at ********* Bedding and Furniture *** After the manager didn't do his job and mismanaged my order, I was cancelling the deal! He refused to return my deposit despite not delivering what was promised. He misrepresented everything we discussed and when I tried to resolve the issue the sales manager became incredibly rude, loud and demeaning. Instead of helping he acted in a completely unprofessional manner, actually quite hostile. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place; completely unacceptable behavior and dishonest practices.

    My *********** went to ********* on April 2nd, 2023 & purchased a sectional couch. Mind you, 95% of the furniture in our home was purchased from *********, never had a problem, never had reason to believe we would. Our sectional was delivered the second week in May. Right away we found things we weren't happy with, the main thing being the exposed metal frame on the backside of each recliner. Our couch sits i the middle of the living room. The skirt on the back of each recliner is too short, by 4-6 inches to hide the metal frame. It is unsightly to say the least, sticks out like a sore thumb. I contacted the salesperson within an hour of the delivery. I was told it had to go through the proper channels. They would send a tech to look at it, but he's old *********** would send us a postcard within 10 days to set up an appointment. Nevertheless he contacted us & a week later, last week, a week after it was delivered. He was in a complete rush, did something to one of the many wrinkles in the couch, which did help, but he did not want to hear about anything else & upon pointing out the exposed metal, he told us that's the way it's made, nothing he can do. Finally, yesterday, May 22, we contacted *****, the store manager. He told us to come in to the store. He told us the week prior that they would do anything they had to do to make this right. We went to the store & met with *****. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. He was demeaning, condescending, nasty, would not let us finish a sentence, I could go on & on. He basically told us there was nothing he could do, we bought it & would have to live with it. I told him I did not want to keep the couch. I wasn't going to pay for a couch I was not happy with. He got arrogant & told me to contact the finance company & told me to have a nice day! Felt like I was slapped in the face. I don't want the couch & would love for them to pick it up so I can be done with this.

    My husband went in to speak to ****** the salesman that sold ** the furniture a few hours ago. We were told 3-5 weeks for delivery it is now 8 weeks later. The manager ***** told him it takes several days to get an answer on when deliveries are available and to stop coming in the store the answer will not change. When my husband went back at him explaining we have been getting no answers he told my husband to leave the store and tried to act tough toward him with my son there. Totally unprofessional. Will never shop here again try to avoid this store at all costs.

    BEWARE!!!! This place is a scam!! They will take your money and you will never hear from them again!! ***** is the most hurtful and is nasty. Some days hes the manager and other days he says hes not!! No one ever calls back with information. The place in ********* should be condemned!! The smell of mold amount of dirt and clutter is unbelievable!Its been 6 months since we paid for furniture never received! They said they are not ALLOWED to call this company in CA! To check on the status. Contact can only be made in writing and it takes two weeks for answers!! Really? In this day and age?What a disgrace to the original Family that started this business.

    WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!! The initial salesman ***** was great to deal with. Unfortunately the bunk bed was ordered in correctly on their part. Called multiple times with no response and when they do answer they blame it on manufacturer saying theres no stock. When called the manufacturer/distributor they state the product is in stock and there are accounting issues on ******* Furnitures end so they cant ship it to them.. Almost 2 months since piece was delivered incorrect and still nothing. Manager ***** is the most disrespectful salesman ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, or youll wind up suing them or small claim court.

    We ordered an expensive couch MADE in ******* to get a fast delivery. We shopped this furniture style, fabrics were NOT back ordered. We went ahead with the order. Eight months later no furniture no anticipated delivery dates! ***** the manager RUDE from the start controls the narrative. If he doesnt get control he hangs up on you! Treats women disrespectful and controlling, when I called him on his BS! He turns it around says Im threatening him. Why because Im telling all my groups of your practices! I Made numerous phone calls, nicely and waited! Heard EVERY excuse even the throw pillow was on back order! I was like ok, just get me the couch! *************** me I had a wild imagination when I called them on their practices of floating money. This IS not the first time they did this to us! Shame on me thinking it was a one off! Do not shop I dont care what the price is. They also dont write the full name of the product on the receipt or give you no expected delivery date! We have a wedding in 3 weeks no furniture! Buyer BEWARE! Go anywhere else! Like the other post to much to tell!

    Too much to tell. We ordered a top of the line Flexsteel recling sofa and loveseat. We waited almost a year for delivery. Wow! They said it was COVID related. Okay. They came, and within 2 months the sofa had excessive wear. We took pictures, they came in February 2022, they promised replacement.We are still waiting. and waiting. We called the store and they say all you can do is wait.We vwant to return for a full refund and they say it's not possible. How much longer do we wait? COVID is past so is our furniture
