The most unprofessional, short tempered and hostile man. I am a young mother with a 3 month old infant, so getting our hvac fixed is crucial. ***** canceled on us last minute and rescheduled twice, he bad mouthed other companies who had worked on our system previously, he told us to run our own wires, and then called my father in law stupid for doing it wrong. When I interjected saying that that wasn't very nice and asked my father if we should call someone else, he became irate, yelled at me for saying something, said i should mind my business in my own home, raised his voice loud enough to startle my infant and made him cry, said he should have pushed us down the stairs, and stormed out of the house like a disgruntled prima-*****. I have audio of the entire interaction recorded from my nursery camera. The whole situation left me and my baby rattled. This man thinks that the demand for his trade entitles him to speak down to and mistreat customers. I would highly recommend taking your business literally anywhere else.

I hired ****** to replace a noisy outside condenser and put in a whole house dehumidifier. When he was done I had:A noisier outside condenser than my original No way to reinstall the old condenser, because ****** did not return it when asked A botched dehumidifier install to the point that my whole **** system was out of commission Out $7,500 that ****** charged, $4,600 to replace Vinnies condenser, $1,000 for electrical work ****** assessed the **** system he said a 3 ton condenser would reduce the humidity in the house. ****** removed my outside condenser and then proceeded to tell me that the wiring would not support a 3 ton unit. His solution was to install a 2 ton outside condenser. After he installed it he told me I still needed heavier wiring! I had the heavier wire installed. The 2 condenser that ****** installed was very loud, much more so than the unit that was removed. I called ****** and told him I wanted a 3 ton installed, that was what I paid and what he originally said I needed. I stated that I would work with him and pay one half the price of the three ton unit and he could keep the 2 ton he just installed. He shouted that he was done with me.He was fully paid at this point and hadnt worked on the dehumidifier. I texted him and asked him to install the dehumidifier. At first he refused but then agreed. ***** installed it wrong. The following work then had to be done: ducting, wiring the dehumidifier into the **** system and installing a plate that when missing took the entire **** system down, programming the unit. I contacted the Aprilaire *** again and sent pictures of what I had done. The *** verified that it is now installed correctly; he apologized to me on behalf of Aprilaire.I had learned that the original unit might have been fixed with a simple $100.00 condenser blanket. ***** did not return the original unit as promised. A new **** contractor to installed a better quality condenser and took away Vinnys.
