    I would not recommend this company for installing new gutters and leaf guards as I had experienced issues that took several months, texts, and calls to be resolved. Started noticing my basement rug was soaked after it rained. I've been in my house for over 20 years and never had an issue. Had the gutters replaced and now my basement rug is ruined and needs to be replaced because of the lack of professionalism from Creative Siding and Gutters. After several office calls, ***** came to inspect the gutters. He agreed that the leaf guard that was installed over The new gutters was incorrect. The leaf guard had smaller holes and causing the issue. He drilled more holes throughout them to see if this would work. He explained that if it did not, he will come back and. Install the correct ones with the larger holes. When sending text messages to the company and ******, it took time to get a reply.***** then called and said that he is extremely busy and that he would look at his schedule. Several weeks later never happened and I put another call and text in. ****** finally called me back and after demanding that ***** get here asap, she said she would let me know after speaking to *****.The original date was given two more weeks, and they could not nail down the date only the week. After explaining how their error caused my carpet to be destroyed and soaked, they said they would come take off the leaf guards and refund me my money. The other issue was the lead in front of the house was so short that water was pooling closest to the foundation of the house. ****** solution was to tell us to go to ********** and purchase some thing because he did not have an extension with him. During our conversation ***** told me to get my story straight and that I'm twisting my words. Very unprofessional, and I would never recommend this company for your home improvements. Waiting for this company to right their wrongs!
