      ZippyShell REFUSED to deliver the container with my household I moved from **********, ** to my new home in ********* **. The container currently in the storage facility of ZippyShell. I have been encountering problems from the beginning with this company, right from delivering the empty container in **, getting access to the container at it's storage facility. They made us drive about 1.5 hours one-way to their storage facility and did not give us access to the container to take out very important stuff and documents, despite having CONFIRMED appointment (Email and phone); infect no one from Zippyshell was there at the storage facility and this happened for 2 times on back to back weekends, despite having confirmed appointments by them. They never tried to resolve these issues. Now, when I want the container to be delivered to my new home in *********, **, they refused to deliver the same. Its written in the contract that they have to deliver the container to *********, **. We are living in our home without any furniture, mattress, quilt or comforters and so many other essential things for daily use. I can share a detailed email sent to Zippyshell on 08/17/20222 raising all the issues, but without any response until this morning when I emailed to them that I was about to raise the issue with local police and considering filing a lawsuit. Even today they didnt give me the date for the delivery of my stuff, nor given any time frame.The company NEVER called/respond to my numerous phone calls/email until this morning as above. I want my money back that I have paid to Zippyshell so far ($ around ****/-), compensation for our suffering, time wasted for 2 trips to the storage facility, calling and writing to ZippyShell, wasting hours of our quality time, amount we had to pay to purchase duplicate items in our new home because Zippyshell was not able to deliver our container on time.       At this time, I have been contacted directly by Zippy Shell Long Island regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       

      The company is NOT WILLING to acknowledge its failure for a fair business practice and its duty to save and honor customers rights., not offering full refund and satisfactory compensation for the issues we had to face because of companys inability to discharge the advertised service and promise.
