If you're researching Traffix because you got a call from them regarding medical: Don't. God, I sound like a ***** and keyboard warrior but I've never been more triggered in my life. These scammers called my mother to get her to sign on to their medical insurance plan, and despite her stating she isn't ready, was pressured, and told not to call back. My mother was not ready to sign and wanted to speak with her doctor ********* to hear from her doctors mouth that the plan will work. She wasn't comfortable with a 3-way call or having the agent (******) call her doctor for her. He also wanted to be put on hold instead of her calling back. He also wanted debit card information almost immediately despite her not being ready to sign a contract. When she said she would call them back after speaking with her doctor because she's not ready to commit or give payment information, he said "I'd rather you not (call back)". And that's when we hung up. She had been dealing with rude, unprofessional insurance agents all day and this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I called Traffix and spoke to some nerd who gave me the run around and lacked customer service (or even a customer service voice. I felt like I was talking to a grumpy ************* employee. That was the vibe). I was annoyed, sure, but not irate or rude to him. When he stated to me "before starting a plan you need a debit card" I stated "sir, she wasn't ready to sign and they were demanding credit card information" his response was "you asked a question. I answered." He didn't answer any questions, he just gave me the run around. He took my number and said he'd review the information. No, "I'm sorry you experienced this" nothing. I guarantee he took my number and put it in the rubbish bin, and even if he listened to it, I doubt he'd care. Be wary. This is a scam, and if not a scam, they will use scummy methods to get you signed on to something you don't want or is not right for you. Avoid, my fellow Karens.
