    I was misled intentionally and lied to by this company. They told me I had to use their annual maintenance to keep from voiding the warranty on my ***** heater. It turns out the warranty on the heater was independent of any service contract. The warranty they were talking about was about their Cost of installation.
    More importantly, the tech was out, inspected our heater that is 14 years old, and said we had a cracked heat exchanger and we were getting carbon monoxide in the house. When I asked why our carbon monoxide detectors weren’t going off he said because it’s the early stages and the amount Its admitting is very small. When we asked how much it would cost to repair he said the heater is fully warranted but the installation would be $4500. This sounded exorbitant so I reached out to another HVAC company who inspected the heater and gave it a perfect bill of health, no cracks, no leakage whatsoever. and, in fact, it was clear that a test Advanced Heating would have needed to do to determine if in fact it was leaking CO had not been done. And so to get me to spend $4500 on their company they outright lied. I will never use them again and will tell everyone to avoid Advanced, Heating And Cooling.
