    On October 2021, I contracted with Mr. Peter H***** the Contractor to pave the parking lot at ******* ******* *** with a contract price of $50,300.00 which included $8,00.00 as a deposit. Mr. Peter said work was completed on 12/17/2022 by the owner of the company.

    I provided Mr. Peter with the Architect's Plans by ***** *********** from Mr* ***** ***** it was a requirement by the City of Rochester to complete the parking lot project. When the City of Rochester came out to inspect the parking lot in May 2022, they brought to my attention that there was a sink hole in the parking lot. The City of Rochester told me that it would need to be taken care before the parking lot can be open. I notified the contractor, Mr. Peter and he agreed to come out to fix the sink hole. Mr. Peter did not make the correction he just patched up the hole he did not repair the original problem. Since then, there is another sink hole that has happen in the same area. I contacted Mr. *****, the Architect and learned that the drainage was not prepared property that the drainage system was not levied when it was installed this is why the sink hole keeps happening. Also, I found out that Mr. Peter came to Mr. ***** office and tried to bribe Mr. ***** with $50.00 to call me regarding the matter. Subsequently, the parking lot project was improperly done, unprofessional job with defects and additional problems. To mention some of the other problems, the contractor paved the fence and the entrance gate closed shut with the binder asphalt, when I contact him, he said he will fit it he never did, I had to pay a fence company to remove the gate, repair and replace it. The concrete retainer planter he installed has cracks in it which I have brought to his attention. I called Mr. Peter on several occasions for several months to correct all of the problems and he promise to come to correct the problems and he still has not made the necessary repairs. I want the problems to be made whole.
