    JJ Diggers (Joseph Nixon - owner) build a paver patio and deck in my backyard over the course of a few months last summer. The job was delayed many times with many excuses from Joe. I was extremely patient and understanding during the process as long as the work was going to get done. Communication between us was not great during the process (he does not readily answer messages or phone calls) but he eventually would reach out to update me at different points. When the project was almost complete, Joe sent an invoice and requested payment via email stating he could come pick up the check or I could mail it. As the project had a few outstanding punch list items, I asked that he stop by so we could discuss what was left. On 8/25/23, I paid him in full ($13933.80) and we discussed the punch list items which he acknowledged and agreed to. This involves screws that were left out of the deck stairs, cutting of the deck stair balusters to even them out, addition of a board at the transition of the deck to the house, replacement of grass seed that he planted that never grew, etc. I did happen to catch the conversation we had on my outdoor security cameras on that day so a good portion of the discussion can be heard. In the months that followed, I have attempted contact by text message, phone and email. I have left voicemails. I have received no response from any means of contact since payment. The job was far from perfect but all I am requesting is that it be finished.
