    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint because the job has not been completed therefore the situation is not resolved. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Once the job has been completed my complaint will be resolved. If there is any delay we would appreciate being notified by the business. We did receive a voicemail from the business stating the job should be completed by next week.

    Good morning ****,I left a voice mail message for Bob this morning on ###-###-####. The Sashes that were provided from the manufacturer, given to the service technician were returned with a crack in the glass. The Windows were purchased in 2009 per the serial numbers. I have had another set made and shipping out Friday 10/04 from the manufacturer. They will arrive sometime next week and be installed after they arrive to us. Attached you can see the new service sashes. I do apologize for the extreme delay. I have been trying to call but having issues getting calls out of our phone system.We will call as soon as they arrive, and we will run eric out to install. The windows on the Windows per the serial number from the Sash was a Twin Seal Window that is purchased from ****** ***** ******** ********. They warranty is held by the manufacture, and we are limited on what we can provide. They are remaking the Glass a third time and hopefully this time it will not arrive broken. We are keeping the sashes in our control instead of letting a technician take them that is a factory installer. Again I do appoligize for the delay and we are working to get the glass replaced for you at no cost. The other option to repair the glass in the unit is to order thermal glass units from a local glass supplier and install them in the sash. There would be a charge for the glass units and would run around $130 - $140 each.Again we left a message at the number above on 10/1/2024

    Your Thermal units are shipping today. ETA shows 10/7 arrival to our office. We will be contacting bob then to have Eric come out and install them. We will  keep you in the loop if anything changes but so far the thermals have shipped today 10/4
