    We hired this company March ************************* 4/2022 and end by mid June 2022. The company was to demo our pool surround and lay new concrete.. the demo started on time but the project was not completed until mid November of 2022 with all of the concrete left on my backyard for months damaging my yard. While some of the delay was beyond his control which I understand.. the final project he left us with is awful. I have had numerous other contractors come and look and they can not believe this is a finished project-concrete is uneven in color - concrete is uneven causing major puddling - sloping of concrete is toward the pool instead of away from - concrete is cracked - concrete edges are jagged - left walkway into pool area dismantled- safety hazard - dried concrete splattered all over pool shed Brushed effect uneven and rushed -leaf imprints left in dried concrete- because he poured the concrete while the leaves were falling and when we questioned this assured us it wouldnt be an issue -around the pool stairs there was stone work installed by this company- it is uneven and piece of the sharp stone overhang where someone could easily be injured. The cement is also not fully installed between stones.This company has been notified many times and the owner has come to the house and expressed his dismay and assured it would be rectified, then proceeds to avoid further interaction and has done nothing to rectify this matter
