  We are a local contractor and hired Immaculate for a foundation project. We gave them a $9600 deposit and now they are ghosting us.

  Nightmare! We hired Immaculate Concrete to remove the old concrete patio surrounding our vinyl inground pool and install new stone coping and a new brushed concrete patio around the pool. Not only did they crack the wall of our pool because they used their machines too close to the pool to remove the old concrete, they got so much concrete in our pool that we had to replace the sand in our filter (which was replaced the year before) and it took several weeks to get all of the concrete out of the pool between the pump, a spare pump our pool guy brought in, and our pool vacuum. They also destroyed our solar cover - it had to be replaced because they got so much concrete on it. But worse, the coping around the pool looks awful because they lumped concrete in between the vinyl liner and the stone coping to seal the gap between the liner and the stone. Its lumpy, uneven and different colors. And, one of the stones in the coping is a completely different color and they reinstalled our pool ladders unevenly by setting the ladder sockets unevenly. The brushed concrete looks OK - there are a few imperfections and we are crossing our fingers it holds up in the winter - there are little holes starting to show already just a couple of months after. In short, they did not seem to have the experience or equipment to properly do the pool portion of the job. Even when we asked them not to use the machines near the pool and to protect the vinyl liner with the concrete (since we had replaced the liner last year as well), they didn't listen and just did the job without respect for our property.

  Buyer Beware!! Quality does not hold up. We hired Immaculate Concrete to demo our old walkway & install a new one. I found him on a **************** had good reviews on his ******** page. I got a few estimates & decided to go with him. Our new walkway was done in August of 2021. While it looked beautiful aesthetically, it didnt even make it past 6 months without starting to deteriorate. First, a very large crack suddenly appeared across one segment of the walkway one day in February. I notified the owner ***** on 2/15/21 and he immediately responded saying, We will be there as soon as the weather breaks-Ill come personally. So I waited for a while for the weather to get nice, and more damage started to occur. It seemed like little pockets of concrete were popping off & crumbling. On 3/31/22 I notified ************** again with photos of the new damage & asking when hed be coming to fix the large crack. He said it looked like rock salt damage to him. I explained to him that we have never used rock salt & that we purchased the special calcium based de-icer that he suggested & wrote about in the contract to protect the two year warranty. He ignored my response. I again waited for more time to go by & on 5/10/22 I reached out asking him when he would be coming to fix my walkway? He did not respond. On 5/12/22 I again texted him asking when he would be coming & he replied that he was not sure. I gave him the benefit of the doubt & gave him some more time. At this point the weather had been nice for quite some time. On 6/27/22, I sent another text message asking when he would be coming to fix my walkway & again got no response from him. I know that ************** has seen my messages because he has his read receipts turned on & they are all marked as read. Im firm believer in not writing any negative reviews on anyone unless you give them the opportunity to resolve the situation. I have given ************** many opportunities to resolve this & he clearly does not seem interested.
