    I called **** from Alfalla's Well Drilling & Pumps Inc. on July 29, 2022, to come check out a well-water issue at my house, and I was told he would come out to do a consultation that would cost $350. **** came out, same day, to do the consultation and said if there was something that could be fixed the same day, he would do it, but it would cost between $50-$200 additional. I told him that is no problem. After he was "done," he told me his service came out to $1900. I was stunned because he had not informed me prior to completing any work how much everything would come out to be. I told him I did not have the kind of money today, and he proceeded to tell me that that wasn't his problem and that I needed to pay him right now. I paid partly cash and credit card, and did not receive a receipt. I paid out of fear and frustration, but now, three days later, August 1, 2022, my water still does not work. I called **** back and he said my pump must be broken, and that he can come out and fix it for an additional cost estimated over $600, despite **** telling me my pump was fine on July 29, 2022. **** isn't delivering services he claims to have completed and is overcharging people without proper notice of estimated cost. If I had known about ****'s poor business practices, I would have never entrusted him with the job.
