I replaced Panstar Propane for my pool heater because I reported a hole in the pipe that runs to my pool heater which of course would be dangerous if I run the heater and they took 3 weeks to send someone out. I asked them to remove their propane tank since I replaced them with another reliable service who can attest they had to fix the hole in the line and Panstar sent me a **** to remove the tank when the reason for removal was for their lack of service that could have lead to a dangerous propane leak, I feel I shouldn't pay for that.

    Better Business Bureau:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Panstar Propane Corp regarding complaint ID ********.

The original complaint against the company I had my propane tank removed by them because of the bad service they provided when I reported an issue with the propane line they installed having a hole in it that needed repair to avoid a leak and they didn't send anyone for over 3 weeks from the time I reported.

I hired a new company to come and swap out the propane tank and the new company repaired the damage propane line, that is when Panstar finally came 3 weeks after I replaced their tank to pick up it up but they sent me a **** to remove it, that is when I filed the BBB complaint as I shouldn't have to pay to remove the tank over their delayed and bad service I experienced which is the reason I had it removed.
