      I PURCHASED 3,870.05 FROM THIS BUSINESS IN AN ONLINE AUCTION ON JAN 30, 2024. I ASKED THEM TO PACK MY ITEMS ON A PALLET AND GIVE ME THE DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT FOR THE PALLET SO I COULD ARRANGE A PICK UP WITH A FREIGHT COMPANY. THIS IS A SERVICE THEY PROVIDE FOR OUT OF TOWN BUYERS. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD GET MY ITEMS FOR SHIPPING AND THEY WOULD SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH THE INFORMATION. IT HAS NOW BEEN CLOSE TO A MONTH AND NOTHING. I HAVE CALLED THEM OVER 6 TIMES AND EMAILED THEM AS WELL THROUGH THEIR SITE. I ALWAYS GET THE SAME LINE THAT I WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL SOON. I CALLED TODAY AND EMMA SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN AN HOUR. THAT WAS 4 HOURS AGO. I TRIED CALLING AGAIN AND THEY WOULD HANG UP ON ME. I CALLED FROM MY OTHER NUMBER AND THEY ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY. I WAS GIVEN THE SAME SONG AND DANCE THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE INFO IN AN EMAIL. I LOOKED UP THE ADDRESS THAT THEY PUT FOR THE PICK UP ADDRESS FOR MY ITEMS AND THIS BUSINESS IS NOT AT THIS ADDRESS.

      I have forwarded you the email communication that I have with bidder/buyer ***** *******.

      Buyer bought items from us from January and have requested palletization.  Due to challenges with our staffing, we asked that it may take more time to complete his order, hence, I offered him an alternative which is to refund his money in full including the associated fees.

      We have refunded his purchase in full amounting to $3870.05.  Refund confirmation attached.
