      Unfulfilled deliverables on contract: Deliverables on contract vague and when questioned no clarity has ever been received. Verbal agreement with promise of writing copy, helping with website and landing page development, and working above and beyond for tasks as they arise, documented on video as agreed upon and promised by Alexis not fulfilled. Email evidence shows consistently late deliverables and difficulty scheduling work with the company. Late receipt of incomplete work that Alexis admitted to in email but never rectified. Messaging that was not cohesive with my business and brand and therefore totally unusable. Certified letter and numerous email attempts to rectify the situation. Responses from Alexis inconsistent and when pressed for her plan to correct the messaging after a request for a refund was denied, she stopped responding to communication. Videos available upon request. Emails available upon request. ****** drive documents available upon request. See attached documents of original contract deliverables, incomplete work on ****** drive, and letter requesting refund stating unfulfilled contractual obligations.
