      PAID MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS STORE 7/6/2024 & DID A FOLLOWUP A FEW MONTHS, WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE EMAILED PROGRESS ***ORTS THAT WERE NEVER SENT. IN JANUARY WE CALLED THE STORE & LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE SALESMAN **** TO CALL ME BACK, WAS TOLD HE WOULD CALL ME BACK THAT DAY, NEVER DID BUT DID A FEW DAYS LATER. I EXPLAINED THAT ONE OF MY DOGS HAD EATEN MY INSERTS, HE SAID TO COME IN DISCUSS ON GETTING THEM ***LACED IN MORE DETAIL & MADE A APPT 1/25/25 WITH HIM. WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE ON 1/25/25 FOR THE 1000AM APPT, ANOTHER *** TOLD ME THAT ********** SWITCHED AND I SHOULD COME BACK LATER IN THAT IF I WANTED TO MEET HIM. I TOLD HIM NO & MET WITH HIM. I EXPALINED THE SITUATION TO THE NEW GUY BUT HE WAS BASICALLY NO HELP, WAS TOLD I COULD BUY INSERTS FOR $500, SAID HE WOULD TALK TO ****, TOLD HIM I AM NOT WAITING AROUND FOR **** BUT HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD SPEAK **** & THE MANAGER THEN THEN SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME THAT DAY. NO ONE CALLED ME. I DID LEAVE ONE MESSAGE FOR **** ON 2/1/25 BUT STILL NO HAS REACHED OUT TO. TODAY IS 2/9/2025, STILL NO ASISSTANCE OR ANY CONTACT FROM ANYONE AT THE STORE. I AM LOOKING TO GET THE STRENGTHNERS ***LACED FOR MY FOOTWEAR

      Were sorry to hear about the concerns the client has raised regarding our **************** Warranty. Our warranty covers issues such as cracks or breaks that occur under normal usage. Unfortunately, it does not cover external damage, such as chewing by a dog.
      The Store Manager has already contacted the client and is expecting the client to visit to the store to discuss which of the available options he would like to pursue. We look forward to continuing to support our client throughout their journey.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The store manager did not reach out to me - the salesman **** did

      This resolution of purchasing another one or swapping out one that I am already using is not acceptable.
