    Attached you will find the text messages from *****************. Please note that from March ******* he has made eight different promises to complete the return of my funds. No funds have come forward!You will further note that the return expense for mailing and insurance was $44.70 and each time he sent funds there was a $16 transfer fee totaling $90. He has used my funds( $6000 ) as an interest free note for the last four months yet my credit card at *****% interest. As payments were received I paid down the balance yet the interest to date was a little more than $145. You should know that he uses three different companies as a shell game - Select Collectibles, LLC , The ****************** , and the US Gold and Silver Trades, **** ***************** lies and withholds customer funds for his own purposes and maybe will pay you back at his leisure.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Select Collectibles regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     

     ************ sent a text and promised to sent money on 8/8/2024 - Nothing was sent. I sent back a text on 8/13/2024 requesting the funds.

    ************ has made this promised on several other occasions, so I this did not surprise me.

    In September, I ordered silver coins, which I returned when I discovered they were not valued as promised. Instead of a refund, I was offered an additional set of coins if I would pay another $5000. During that transaction, I changed my mind, and cancelled order after they received the additional funds, that took place in November. The seller has not refunded my total deposit of $15,200. They have the coins and my money. They are not responding to my requests for refund, they don't return messages. When they do finally contact me, they make promises to take care of the issue, but as of this date, I still have seen no refund.
