    The representative *************************** met with me in order to market his company Valeska Capital as payment processing solution to credit card processing for my company on July 13th. He acquired some personal information under the presence of putting together a quote for me. We never received a quote from this company and never conducted any business with them again. However they have been charging us about $40 a month every month since then. They recently increased the amount that they charged to upwards of $400. I have called this company and their partner Merchant Lynx about this matter. They claim that someone on their staff has opened multiple accounts using my information. I have never used their services and have never received any payment invoice and have any contract with this company. They simply misrepresented their intentions when gathering information and opened multiple unauthorized accounts using that information. After multiple emails and calls, i am still unable to get someone to cancels these accounts and offer a refund. I believe i am a victim of fraud at the hands if this company.Please find attached the bank statements, correspondence with the company, and other relevant evidence. The refund amount requested is $29.95+$14.95+$30.11+$14.95+$213.95+$$228.95 = $532.86

    The charges the complaintant sent to you were not charged by Valeska llc or Valeska Capital. Therefore there is no proof that any money charged was from us directly.  The fees were taken by ************* Services. The complaintant should've filed a complaint against them.

    We did however reach out to merchant lynx services on behalf of the complaintant & managed to arrainge a full refund. This complaint should not be held against us.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. 
    The business has acknowledged unauthorized opening of the accounts and has agreed to refund the charges and close the accounts. 
    However, at this time, i have not received any compensation. In my experience with this company i have found this business to fall short on their promises time after time. I will reach out and request that this complaint is closed when the business is able to provide the promised refund.
