    It has been very difficult contacting this company. I canceled my free subscription and have not used this service since yet my card was charged. I have learnt a ****** though. Do not do business with companies that are unreachable. I called the only number I believe might be connected to them, but no response.

    I tried the free trial for a few days and found that the cards werent very appealing. I signed into my account to cancel and got a cancellation screen. I never received an email for confirmation. A week later I had a charge for renewal of my subscription. I went back into my account and had to cancel the subscription again. Still no confirmation email. I tried to reach out and cancel but was notified that I cannot be refunded and that I agreed to the terms. Instead they offered me to renew my membership again for a lower price. I dont think anyone should do business with this company. They make it your fault and not theirs.

    I have been locked out of my 123 account and have not received any confirms or notifications from the site although I am assuming it apparently sends messages to contacts. I have not actually verified this. My last contact was early Friday or late Thursday. I have sent messages but, it occurred to me that if they blocked my email I cant get an email response. The company has no emergency customer service phone number contact which is irresponsible. I left my telephone number but I doubt theyll call. A telephone for the company on a business overview site is disconnected.

    I sent an E Card to a friend on May 31st of 2022. As part of the purchase price, I was supposed to receive an E Mail when the card was delivered and when it was viewed by the recipient. I received neither of these notifications and the Company has refused to refund my money.
