    **** ********************** **** **********************), owner of ********************** Construction, **** (********************** Construction), is alleged to have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, and unlawful business practices, resulting in significant financial loss and structural damage, including the permanent installation of mis-milled flooring throughout our newly purchased *******. ********************** grossly misrepresented project costs and fees, negligently managed the installation of the mis-milled floor, attempted to conceal his egregious mistake, performed substandard and unsafe work, conducted electrical and plumbing work without required licenses, performed kitchen and bathroom work without verifiable liability insurance, and then abandoned our home renovation project, leaving behind hazardous conditions. Additionally, *** ********************** failed to provide proper documentation or contracts outlining project terms, further obscuring legal responsibility and accountability. We respectfully request that the appropriate authorities conduct thorough criminal and regulatory investigations. If the evidence presented herein indicates criminal culpability, we ask that formal charges be filed under applicable statutes. We further request that civil and administrative penalties be pursued, including revoking the relevant license held by *** ********************** for his alleged violations of consumer fraud statutes, deceptive business practices, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of contract, and gross negligence. Finally, we strongly urge the appropriate authorities to take immediate action to prevent *** ********************** from continuing his harmful practices against consumers in our communityparticularly senior citizens like us. Notably, *** ********************** and ********************** Construction have a documented history of legal actions against them. If *** ********************** fails to comply immediately, we will initiate legal action to recover all fees paid to *** ********************** and the full extent of damages to our home caused by *** **********************s actions.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Lewis Construction Ltd regarding complaint ID ********.

    Unfortunately, the Better Business Bureau no longer has the esteemed reputation it once did, allowing individuals like **** Lewis of Lewis Construction, **** to exploit victimsparticularly seniors like ourselves. Given the severity of **** Lewis's egregious conduct, we are left with no choice but to pursue legal action to hold him accountable, protect other members of the community, and seek justice.
