      Pathetic customer service !!! I recently placed an order with this unprofessional, and shady establishment that has turned out to be a complete nightmare !!! First, they gave me no expected delivery date. Second, when I reached- out to them inquiring about my order and tracking number status the ****************** customer service gave me a *** tracking number. Please note that when I tried to track this package with the tracking number given to me by the ****************** customers service that package couldnt be tracked.?! Please note that I called *** tracking to inquire about my package ,only to be told that they hadnt even received my merchandise from the ****************** establishment !!! To anyone reading this the NYTSale establishment is SHADY !!! Please note that when I finally received the merchandise from the tracking number that the ****************** establishment gave me half of my order was missing !!! Yesterday on 12/16/2023 when I called the ****************** store to yet again inquire about my merchandise, I was told to hold on a few minutes while they checked to see what going on with my order. When to employee returned to the phone, he told me that it would take a little more digging to see whats going on, and that I should text them explaining my issue for faster results !!! What was unbelievable, mind-blowing, and insane about the employee response was that the ****************** employee didnt even ask my name ,nor did he know my name when he told me to hold on while he so-called checked out my complaint slash order status (***** and DISHONEST). When I asked the store employee what was my name ,and how could he possibly investigate my complaint and the status of my order not knowing my name the ****************** employee said that he was sorry !!! Please note that I sent the NYTSale customer service another email detailing my situation !!! The NYTSale establishment is SHADY and DISHONEST !!! People dont get SCAMMED by the NYTSale !
