  I've had the pleasure of working with Evergreen Agent for the past few months, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The company's proactive approach and genuine commitment to their employees' success have truly impressed me. My dedicated account manager maintains constant communication and provides invaluable advice on client interactions, which has greatly enhanced my professional approach.Prior to joining Evergreen Agent, I encountered challenges in securing quality social media leads, often encountering non-responsive contacts or individuals with minimal genuine interest. However, Evergreen Agent's systems have effectively filtered out these less desirable leads, resulting in a significantly higher quality of prospects.   This company is a legitimate scam. Their support team doesn't respond and they will absolutely take your money. Please avoid. Companies like these shouldn't be legal.

  I am a seasoned agent and decided to look into some different options to help generate more business for myself. As I am sure everyone else experienced, there are never ending options out there and when you watch or listen to the pitch, as well as read reviews, you become very skeptical. I actually decided against everything I had looked into and was going to call it quits for a while. I was just burnt out from the "car salesman" pitch I was hearing over and over again and not connecting with the people pitching their programs. Which leads me to Evergreen. I saw an ad and kept coming back to it. So figured I would make one more call. I spoke with **** and from the first phone call, it was completely different from my other conversations with other companies. He wasn't pushy and didn't hit me with another sales pitch. He got to know me, asked questions, and I simply put, we just made that connection which others weren't even trying to do. So he was the reason initially I was willing to give it a shot. I was paired with *** as my coach and I can't say enough good things about him as well. He has been an amazing coach/resource for me and is always there to help and guide me. He doesn't just care about the business but the individual as well. So I couldn't be more grateful to have him in my corner as well. As for the program, it's everything I expected from watching the videos and reading about the company. They help market and run your ads, and as the leads come in, you call and convert them into clients. You play with your price point on your ads you run until you fine tune it and find your sweet spot. I have had very positive results and have been able to convert several into clients. Now it's just finding them what they need in a tight market where I live. So overall, I have had a great experience with Evergreen, amazing support from ***, and if you're willing to put in the work, you will have success!   I tried everything a new agent is supposed to domaking cold calls, sending emails and texts, and reaching out to people I knew. But mostly, I ended up with people telling me to stop contacting them or getting upset because I hadn't talked to them in a long time before asking about real estate. It was disheartening to see all my hard work not really pay off, especially in such a competitive field.It all changed after working with Evergreen Agent. Theyve changed everything for me. It was like suddenly everything clicked into place. Their training showed me a better way to do business, where I didn't have to chase people down anymore.   I set up really solid systems & processes! They kept me accountable and over the last few months with them I've had a consistent way to bring in quality clients every month that actually want to connect. I dont feel like im chasing anymore which has been amazing. I showed up, did the work and used everything they provided. This is definitely worth doing as long as you are implementing what they show you to get the results.

  This company is a big scam and they use sleazy sales tactics to get free money from agents while the agents are left holding the bag. First, they say they are sponsoring you for free. Lie. They instead ask you for money up front to pay for the program and say you will get it back if you dont close a transaction within 6 months. Lie. Finally, when I requested my refund, not only did they not give my money back; after investigating I realized they didnt complete their obligations. They used virtual numbers to communicate with me and now the numbers are disconnected ever since I asked for a refund. Evergreen Agent: you cant breach a contract, scam people and expect this to go away. I will tell every agent I know about your scam so you dont get your greedy hands on other peoples money. AGENTS: dont waste your time talking to any of these people. dont believe anything they say. And please PLEASE dont give them your money!!
