    PTRC has been a great company to work with. Their staff is extremely responsive and helpful. They have successfully reduced my taxes for years. I refer them to all of my friends and family, which they have also been able to successfully help!

    I never saw any reduction in my Property tax and in fact it increased. you claim you reduced it and charging me. I asked to take my name off last year itself but did not. Please do not fraud people who are working hard to maintain their house

    We are all working hard to maintain our homes and remain on ***********. As far as property tax grievances are concerned, youre grieving your assessment. We successfully reduced your assessment, resulting in your paying lower property taxes for the year you hired us. It is important to remember a successful grievance will reduce your assessment and does not always lower your property taxes when compared to a previous year. It is lowering the current year from "what they would have been" had you not gotten a reduction. Your property was added when requested to our Do Not Mail list and has not been solicited for future years. However, keep in mind that you will continue to get statements/invoices for the years in which you hired us, and have monies are due.

    We've been with PTRC for reducing our property taxes for over 20 years or more. They have been successful in reducing our property taxes many times over that period and we decided to stick with them to keep things consistent even though there are many other firms offering this service, sometimes for less. They have always been professional with us and we have never had any issues with them, and they have always clearly explained the process or any reductions they have achieved on our behalf and the resulting charges to us. There has never been any doubt in what they have explained to us, and for that reason, we have stuck with them for all of these years. Even though we are able to challenge our taxes on our own, they know the 'ropes' and are experts in the process, so it's much easier for us to let them them do the legwork. They have even voluntarily reduced the pricing for us as other firms have offered lower prices. So they are very consistent with other firms in what they charge us for their services. We are very happy with their services, and the ********** ******* even called me directly to answer a question that I submitted on their website, that was a nice surprise!

    1) ************ engages in contract trickery and has an over a 20 year relationship with a law firm called "***** and *****" who takes their unsatisfied clients to small claims court. 2) Even if they were to operate according to their own contracts, the business model is very shady. Anyone can file a tax assessment grievance for free on the county website. It takes about 30 minutes to do it. 3) I also recommend recording all communications with them because they will only document information that is convenient to them.4) They cheated me by charging me for work done for a previous owner and saying that I benefited from that work despite the fact that the grievance they filed for me failed.

    There is no contract trickery, you signed a takeover application for the 2019/20 property tax year the contract you signed was for a service that was successful, and you are obligated to pay a fee for such service. The previous homeowner originally hired us to file this grievance and you signed the take over application taking over the contractual obligation. The grievance filed was successful and thus we are billing you for the general portion of the reduction. The previous owner paid the school portion of the reduction, and per the contract you signed you are responsible for 50% of the general portion of the savings. We have mailed, and emailed proof of the ARC determination as issued by Nassau County as proof of the successful reduction in the assessed value. After over three unsuccessful years of trying to collect the contracted amount due to P.T.R.C., Inc. you were referred to our collection attorney.

    PTRC **** or "**************" as they now go by are scammers. I recommend everyone not to do business with them. The contract you claim that I signed is a lie. While looking at the schedule for the case you filed against me online I noticed that your company was the plaintiff on over 30 other cases at the same time. I wonder how many of those were "take over agreements"?

    This company is fraudulence.After I requested and threatened to get my attorney involved they finally sent an email showing I signed a contract with them 5 years ago.. And the signature and name was all wrong. The lady over the phone saying it was done electronically and stating there was a tax reduction granted. ALL FALSE . They are just SCAMMER. I pray this company gets shot down ASAP! They will get what is coming to them. Robbing new home owner and elderly off their hard earn money.
